Magnesium is the central element of chlorophyll molecule, which is very essential for photosynthesis. Through this process solar energy is converted into chemical energy (Plant food-carbohydrate-starch-sugar) Magnesium is carrier of phosphorus in plant and metabolism of phosphorus depends on Magnesium availability with out adding additional phosphate the P content in oil seed crops can be increased by suitable Magnesium Management. Magnesium an activator of growth related enzymes. Magnesium is required for trans location of starch. Magnesium increases Iron utilization in plant.
Loss of Healthy green colour reflects the shortage of chlorophyll in the plant. It is the first indication of Magnesium deficiency. As the deficiency aggravates the area between veins of leaves become yellow while veins stay green. High levels of soil K and Ca creates Magnesium deficiency. Low soil temperature also disturbs Magnesium availability to the plant.
Balanced use of Addison Magnesium will cater the need of Magnesium element of all crops and keep the plant green and healthy Addison Magnesium will increases crop yield by 15%-20%.

Fertigation schedule

(Fertigation Grade – Addison magnesium solub) Application through Drip irrigation. Addison magnesium rate and timing will depend on fertigation system used by farmers.. Hence, definite schedule for fertigation cannot be given. However, maximum amount of Addison magnesium solub can be applied as per E. C. of irrigation water. (E. C. = Electrical conductivity)
